Don't worry that's not a problem...just send us your measurements and we will make your gown to fit. Next your wondering...how do I place my gown order? That's easy too! Delivery Time - Our usually turn around time is 4 to 6 months for our bridal gowns and 3 to 4 months for bridesmaids and prom dresses. We recommend ordering at least 6 to 9 months before your wedding and up to 12 to 18 months on custom or exclusive designs. We want you have plenty of time to have your garment altered if needed.​
Rush Orders - If you need your garment sooner there will be additional Rush Fees of 30-50%. Please be aware that your garment can sometimes cost as much as double depending on how quickly you need it and our current order schedule. We highly recommend ordering ahead of time to make it easier and stress free on everyone!​
Payments ​- We accept credit cards thru Pay Pal or by phone. All garments require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. Please note that we do not start on any garments until we have 50% deposit on your order. When your garments are finished and the balance is paid we will ship them to you!​

Additional Costs ​- Additional costs may include appointment fees, exclusive design fees, custom fees, alteration fees, made-to-measure fees, rush fees, shipping fees and any additional cost for items such as bodices, corsets, crinoline slips, drapes, capes, circlets or jewelry. If you are concerned about additional cost please ask ahead of time.

Appointment Fees - If additional meetings are needed for consultation, fittings or to try on and pick up your gown it will be an additional $150 per visit. Each additional hour is charged by an hourly rate of $100. Initial 2-hour appointment for viewing the gown collection, trying on samples, discussing styles, fabric options, trim choices and taking measurements is $150 to $300.​

Shipping - The shipping cost is roughly calculated at 10% of your total garment costs unless shipping internationally. If your package is being shipped internationally you will need to pay import fees, duties or custom taxes when it enters your country (this can add up to an estimated 15% to 40% more). We usually ship 3rd-day with US Postal Service and overnight with FedEx.

Return Policy - We are a small design company that makes garments when ordered. We do not stock a large inventory of gowns, but do try to keep a mall inventory of fabrics. The storing and ordering large rolls of fabric can be very costly and because of the money and time it takes to make our lovely garments available we have an Absolutely No Refunds policy.
